Service Application and Reservation
You can apply for the service online or by phone. Please fill out the details of your request for customer service and then apply.
Product acceptance
The service application and reception order are registered in the computer system, and the progress can be checked through online inquiry.
Service charge processing
If a service fee is incurred, we will contact the customer in advance to provide guidance before proceeding with the service. In the case of free repairs, the service may proceed without separate guidance.
